So I have only been brewing extract kits for about 5 months now but I have had some good variety. I have done some IPAs a stout and a wit so I figured I would put some ingredients together and brew a recipe of my own. So I decided to do a Belgian black wit and one question I had and from what I understand its all opinion but when should I add my LME. The kits I have done (about 6 ) have had me add before the hop boil and after the hop boil. Was just wondering what has worked better for everyone out there.

For extract bring water to a boil, remove from heat, stir in LME, return to heat. Bring it to a boil, after the "hot Break" you want to add the hops. So after the foam in the boil calms down add the hops and start your timer. My 2 pennies
