I bottled my first batch today and decided to go ahead and brew another while I had everything clean. Things went even better than my first, especially now that I have a propane burner
I was sitting in my chair thinking about how well it went while waiting for the wort to cool when I went "oops"...I never added the fuggle hops at the end of the boil!
Never one to give up that easily, I threw a pot on the stove with about 1/2 gallon of water, brought it to a boil, dumped in the hops and took it off the heat. I let it sit for a few and dumped it into the pot. Any reason that would cause problems?
