Hello all,

I've been homebrewing for a little over three years now after my wife was kind enough to buy me kit to start with. There have been ups and downs, failures and great beers. Recently I just moved to all-grain after converting my cooler to a mash tun. My first AG batch was a centennial IPA. I just cracked a bottle last night and it's hands down the best beer I've brewed.

I've lurked on these forums forever without creating a profile, but I figure I might as well do it and contribute where I can.
