I am poking for a good resource for all things malt. I would like to start doing some partial mashes or even some all-grain batches, but I want to read up on malts, the different types, and the flavors that they produce. Cheers!

Try How to Brew, Chapter 12, also Farmhouse Brewing Supply has decent descriptions on the grains that they stock, as does Austin Homebrew.
