I've got the winemaking art down pat ... so many full (then empty) bottles, so many forgotten hijinks...:tank:

So I want to brew fruit beer without the malt or hops. I want it carbed.

What is that called, and what are your fave recipes?

Many thanks!

PS Didn't know where to post this, so I went to the Intro forum.

It sounds to me like you want to make sparkling fruit wine maybe? Without malt or hops it won't be beer. If you were using Apple juice as a base it would be cider. If honey is the base it would be a Melomel (a fruit mead). Not sure if that's what you're looking for. Once you decide which you're looking to make then we could all help better! Cheers!

Sounds good. I've got cherries, watermelon, grapes, and small amounts of apples and pears.
