1lb of 2-row
1lb of Flaked Wheat
0.8lb of Carapils
Steeped in 3 gallons of 155 deg water for 30 minutes.

Brought to boil @ 3 gallons. Topped up to 5 before pitching the yeast.

1 oz Centennial 11.6%AA for 60 Min
1 oz Centennial 11.6%AA @ 20 Min
1 oz Centennial 11.6%AA @ 19-10 Min
2 oz Centennial 11.6%AA @ 5Min
1 oz Centennial 11.6%AA @ flameout

1oz Centennial whole hop @ 5 days dry hop
 
First pour, super hoppy and delicious!!! I am keeping this recipe in my yearly rotation
