All beer names matter

Looks like Dixie Beer has to change its name:

So if I brew up a Black IPA, a Witbier (white beer) or some "fizzy yellow" lager should I call it something else?
Here's what I came up with:
Black IPA=Hoppy beer of color (the word "imperial" is also problematic)
White ale or witbier= Colorless beer
Fizzy yellow=light golden beer

Hopefully the BJCP big wigs will notice and change everything before all us home brewers get canceled by social media.
