Hi everyone,
Most varieties of alcoholic seltzer are made from fermenting cane sugar instead of malt e.g. Truly, White Claw, Spiked Seltzer. Most brands create a neutral base and then add flavourings.
This method sounds very versatile to me.
Does anyone know of any other alcoholic products can be produced from a neutral, sugar-fermented base?
Thanks.
