Airlock went dry

I have a 6 gal carboy of blueberry wine and the airlock went dry. This has been sitting a 3 years and I wanted to ask if I should toss it? Out of sight, out of mind. It appears to be fine. Just not sure if it would make me sick. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Anything funky floating in it? What does it smell like?

Was the juice topped off to within 1" of bottom of bung? look for a bubble ring on top of juice If so you may want to taste test the juice it may be vinegar if not it is ready to bottle

Nothing floating in it. Smells fine. I’m gonna give it a whirl!
