Went down to transfer my Kolsch this morning and the darn airlock was off. I checked gravity two days ago and it was at 1.006. So I'm assuming it was done fermenting. Should I still be concerned? It was in a closed fermentation fridge.

Of course you should be concerned but since you can't do anything about it, RDWHAHB. Being in the closed fridge means there probably wasn't a lot of bacteria available to infect it and there was still some CO2 being released from the beer so there was an outflow of gas from the opening which restricts the bacteria from entering.
