So the airlock on my mead isn't really bubbling, not how I thought it would at least. I was expecting the little plastic thing inside to lift up, release its gasses, and fall back down again. Instead, the water in the airlock looks carbonated, and the plastic thing doesn't seem to move.
I can see little tiny bubbles in the mead, and it has been fermenting for about a week now at the same pace, so I guess it's doing fine, just a slow ferment?
It should be noted I didn't add anything but yeast, honey, and bottled spring water. No yeast nutrients or funny stuff.
Any thoughts?
