Did the airlock itself explode or did the krausen just explode out of the airlock? I hope it's the former.

I already cleaned it up and the airlock got clogged up I got to get a bigger fermenter I have 3. 5 gallon

Most likely it is still good, especially if the fermentation was still overflowing when you put the airlock back on.

The krausen is still large but it wasn't still overflowing when I put the airlock back on. Immediately after putting air lock on there were air bubbles flowing through it so there is still quite the active fermentation. Still good or trash?

Unless it smells obviously bad (and you'll know) or you see a pellicle forming, it is still good. I might not reuse the yeast, but it should still taste fine.
