Oh and I grabbed the Partial mash with DME.
Looking forward to a Cascadian dark ale. Ive only had it once before but I really enjoyed it.

well, cascadian dark ale is a new style not even yet recognized by the BJCP. i only read about it in this months BYO...so I don't know how long they've sold that kit...whether anyone has even made it yet.

Brewday has come and gone.... The Yeast was already activated when I got it so that was a little setback but I still pitched it anyways and its bubbling away so I assume no issues.
My OG was 1.061 which was spot on... guess Ive finally figured this Partial mash on the stove top process.
Tastes amazing in the hydrometer sample and its very dark.
