I recently brewed Listermann's winter warmer. It started with an OG of 1.060 (exactly what listerman states for OG) and after 2.5 weeks attenuated to 1.010. I kegged 4 gal. of it and bottled the rest. My question is would the kegged portion be better if it was aged? This definitely isn't as big as some winter warmers, but would it still benefit from aging, and if so-for how long and at what temp?
thanks!

Hey man, how did the Winter Warmer turn out? I just started fermenting mine last night. Did you let it age? How long? I'd like to have mine drinkable by Christmas. Thanks!
