We just recently harvested a few pounds of Cascade and I am looking for a recipe to highlight these hops. I usually put together my own recipes but I really want to get this recipe right. I only have a few criteria:
1) Probably looking to bitter with pellet hops due to limited kettle space. Was thinking of using Magnum but more Cascade would also work.
2) Looking to get around 6.5% to 7% abv
3) Not looking for anything too crazy malt wise, I just really want to highlight the hops.
4)The hops are already dried, so it won't be a wet hop.
Any and all suggestions are welcome!
