After asking the standard "Why was the fermentation over so quickly?" question, I got some good advice which mostly boiled down to "RELAX" and "BE PATIENT". Well I took everyone's advice and waited 7 days, took a reading and the FG was right on. The sample actually tasted pretty darn good. Well, its in the secondary now. Its more fun seeing the beer. Again thanks to all.
 
Drink em slowly over time, and see when they taste best...I make a Scottish ale that tastes best 3 months after bottling.
 
I couldn't help it, I've cracked 6 oatmeal stouts tonight after 2 weeks in the bottle, yum
