I've been asked to brew a peach beer for a buddies house warming. I plan on using roughly 4lbs of frozen peaches that I'm gonna puree and boil then add to a secondary. I had planned to use them in an American wheat beer that I'm gonna brew next weekend. But, I have a weissenbeir I just put in primary and wanted to know if adding them to that brew when I went to secondary with that brew would be a decent batch.

only one way to find out! Maybe rack off a gallon into a different secondary and do a little experiment? That way if it sucks you only lost a gallon.
