Additions to keg

Other then AJC or any other type of concentrate, what else can I add to the keg to change up the cider?

Our favorite is one can AJC, one can pineapple and a little bit of cinnamon tincture. It’s a killer combo.

Edit: I went back through my notes, here’s what we’ve settled on. 1 1/2 - 11.5oz cans AJC, 1/2 - 11.5oz can pineapple concentrate and one oz cinnamon tincture.

Cinnamon tincture- 2 cinnamon sticks in a small Ball jar submerged in vodka for 2 weeks.
