How long would you keep a saison on fruit puree for? I'm splitting a 10 gallon saison dupont-ish clone with a friend who wants to add blood orange puree to his 5 gallons.

The saison has 26 IBU's (east kent bittering, saaz/sterling aroma) and WLP565 was used in primary. Fermented at 80F-83F.

I'm racking it to secondary tonight and adding the puree in two weeks. I'll move it to tertiary for clearing before kegging it.
