Hi - had a delicious nut brown the other day that I want to try and make - but it had a distinct macadamia taste to it. Read up a lot on getting that flavor, looks like extracts are the simplest way to go (i.e. I have the patience of a gnat and don’t want to roast them to get the oil out).
is there anywhere I can go to figure out how much extract I should put in for flavor and when?
