Hey guys, due to space issues I'll only be able to chill/carb one keg at a time, but I just kegged 4 kegs.
I added the proper amount of gelatin to each keg (they were about 50 degrees at the time), but they will be sitting in basement ambient temps until they get their turn in the chest freezer for carbing.

Will gelatin still work if added to a room temp keg, left for a week+, and then crashed?

It wouldn't be that big of a deal to add some more gelatin as they're cool, but my schedule is a little tight for the next couple weeks so I'm trying to batch this stuff up. I'm just not sure if gelatin works as it settles into a cold beer, or if at 60+ degrees it hasn't yet settled and will still work it's magic when the temps drop.
