So I recently brewed something similar to this as an attempt at my first chocolate beer:

Went to my LBS, the guy there told me to soak the cocoa nibs in vodka, and then dicard the nibs and add the vodka. I did so, but got basically no chocolate flavoring. Started doing more research, sounds like I should have added the nibs and all to the secondary. The beer is now kegged and carbonated, so is there anything I can do at this point? Is concentrate my last resort, or just drink it as is?

You could always soak some more nibs in Vodka and add it all to the keg.

I have heard of a product called cholaca(?) that is pure liquid cacao that is safe to add directly to the secondary. they advertise it on The Experimental Brewing Podcast all the time.

I do have a couple days before Christmas. If I do the nibs again, something like overnight in vodka, then into the keg? Should I put the nibs into the keg in something, like a hop sack? So they won't get sucked into the tap.

I made Jamils chocolate hazelnut porter with 8 oz of Hershey’s unsweetened, coco powder . You add it at the end of the boil. At this point, you could boil a 1/2 gallon of water, toss in the coco powder, cool it down and add it to the keg. Never tried it that way though. It will lower your ABV a little but It will have a chocolate taste.

Yeah, I would place them in a hop sack or 1 gallon paint strainer. You could even tie some non-scented/flavored dental floss to the sack and hang it from the lid so that you can pull it out later once you have the amount of chocolate flavor you want.
