Didn't get enough water in my airlock it looks like. Its my first brew so Im paranoid about doing things but should i take it off and get a little more sanitized water in it? Pitched yeast about 5 hours ago...

If you fill it past that "max" line, the liquid can get sucked back into the beer when you move the carboy, when ambient temp. drops, when barometric pressure changes, etc. It's fine the way it is. Cheers!

Yeah,it's fine. The co2 trying to escape pushes the liquid from the updraft side to the "release" side like that while it's making co2. That can be construed as what it looks like before it bubbles again.
