I am in the processing of keg carbing a black ipa. I feels like it is taking forever. What I have tried is a little disappointing as far as hoppiness goes. I was thinking of opening up one of the kegs and adding more hops. Any thoughts?

Yup. I just wasn't sure how that might affect things as far as the carbonation process goes or the possibility of introducing oxygen or other badness when I open up the keg to put more in. I dry hoped with an ounce and a half at room temp. Then I chilled it overnight and started to carb it. That was about two weeks ago. Since then I had to open up the one keg because the hop bag got sucked to the end of the tube....that is the one I was thinking of adding more hops to. So, last Thursday there was no carbonation. I had it set to 12.5. I turned it up to 25ish for about two days and now have slowly backed it down now to around 12....we'll see...
