Add more hops to my Amber Ale recipe?

I am brewing the below recipe today and feel like it may be a little light on hops. I tend to go overboard on hops and don't want to compromise the overall balance of the beer. I'm also under 2ft of snow right now and can't make it to my homebrew store. I do have 1oz of fuggles and 1oz of hallertau hops on hand. Any suggestions to add either/both of these hops? If so where at in the hop schedule. Thanks

1.5 lb American - Caramel / Crystal 60L
0.5 lb American - Victory
0.5 lb American - Carapils (Dextrine Malt)
12 lb Total

Hops

0.7 oz Amarillo Pellet 60 min
0.5 oz Citra Pellet 15 min
0.5 oz Citra Pellet 0 min

Yease

To me, Amarillo @60 is a waste of the hops, but neither Hallertau or Fuggles have much in the way of AAs.

Personallly, I'd use an oz of Hallertau & whatever Fuggles to make your IBUs up, then move the Amarillo to either 5 min or flameout.

I agree with slym. I'd use the fuggles and probably some of the citra at 60 to make up the IBUs you want, and then use the rest of the citra and the Amarillo for flavor and aroma additions. Personally, Hallertau is so mild that if I were to use it at all, I'd probably go 5 min or flameout. Or maybe just decorate the bottles with it........

.5 oz Hallertau @ 60

.5 oz Citra @0
.5 oz Amarillo @ 0
