Any ideas how I can determine or at least make best guess to the actual temp of beer inside keg? Fridge thermometer reading 36 ambient on top shelf right above the kegs. Pulling a pint it is usually right around 32 degrees but I keep my glasses in the freezer so I figure that affects it some. Trying to dial in carbonation a bit more precisely.

Ok, so use a glass not from the freezer. Frosted mugs are terrible for beer.

If you really wanted to, you could pop the 60 bucks for one of the corny keg lids with thermo well over in the sponsor showcase board. Pretty sure those are capable of holding pressure.

P.S. I second the frosted mug thing. Awful for proper beer. My glasses stay in the dry bar next to the keezer and only get a cold water rinse. Then again, we all brew what we like so we drink it how we like as well.
