Actual bigfoot fermentation!

I follow some of the major craft breweries and other microbreweries on Twitter (hey, what else is it good for if not stalking breweries) and today Sierra Nevada posted a time lapse movie of Bigfoot fermenting in open fermentors! I dont know about everyone else, but I just think it's pretty damn cool.
