I brewed my first beer last night and put it in a dark corner. I woke up this morning and it was bubbling/foaming out the airlock. I cleaned the airlock out but before I left it started again. Is my beer going to turn out with a off taste

No, it will be fine. Consider using a blow-off tube in the future. You attach a length of vinyl tube to either the bung or the airlock and place the other end in a container of sanitizer.

These blowouts are pretty common (sometimes even with a blow-off) but quickly cleaning up and replacing the airlock is all you need.
