Made high alcohol beer fermentation finished at 7 days waited a day and checked hydrometer again it didnt move so cooled beer to 50 to help yeast fall out and clear now I can taste the green apple but I couldn’t taste it before I crashed it should I raise temp back up or let it sit for a while at 50

I'm thinking you might want to let it come back up to fermentation temps for a few more days and allow the yeast to clean up after themselves.

Warm the beer up. Your yeast probably wasn't done with the cleanup phase and you stopped it by cold crashing. Bring the beer to the low to mid 70's for a week, then take another gravity reading and drink the sample to see if there is still acetaldehyde in it.
