Accurate hydrometer reading 24hrs later?

I dropped my hydrometer last night when I was about to take my gravity reading before pitching. i saved my sample that I had taken post boil. will my reading be accurate if I measure this afternoon?

sure, why not. Some water may have evaporated and that would throw it off but I doubt it would make a significant difference.
