Hey guys,

Yesterday I did an Oatmeal Stout with a gravity reading of 1.080. I tossed some WLP007 at about 75 degrees (I know it's a bit high). So, I put it into my temperature controlled fridge that's set at 68. I haven't gotten a chance to look at it all day today because of school and work. When I got home I noticed that my fridge got set to 28 degrees.

Is my beer done? What should I do? I'm currently trying to bring it back down to 68.

Thanks!

SOOOOO...
You set it at 68
When you got home it was at 68
Now you want to set it to 68 again...
The very first thing you should do is set it for 68 just to sure its at 68 :D

Haha sorry, I got home from school and was extremely tired. It was set to 28 degrees on accident. Then I put it back to 68 for now.

I apologize for the confusion. No, I wasn't drunk. Had school/work all day.

Once again, thanks for the help guys! It seems to be fermenting fine but just wanted to make sure that I'm not gonna be getting off flavors or what not.

Once again I apologize for the confusion.

I would think the yeast would just stall and after it warms back up it will resume doing what it does. I wouldn't worry. Worst case pitch another pack if you see no activity in 3 or 4 days. This is assuming nothing froze at 28 deg.
