I love Turbodog and Purple Haze. I haven't tried Andygator yet but I'm sure its a quality brew too. Hopefully someone has a good recipe because that will be bumped up in the brew queue...
 
I just got to try this a few weeks ago and I really liked it too. Being in New Orleans, Abita is everywhere! There barleywine is pretty good too!!!
 
I'm with ya, I thought Andygator was terrible. Not even close to what a doppelbock should be and it was sickly sweet. Beer Advocate lists it as a Helles Bock, which makes much more sense for what it is, but it's still a severely lacking Helles Bock, IMO.
