A wild and crazy brewer

Hi all
I am a brewer winemaker and distiller from country Australia. I live in a very small town in N.S.W Australia called Kentucky. Where I l;ive is fairly remote. I am an all mash brewer with over twenty years brewing experience. I am glad to be a member of the forum, and hope I can be an active contributer.
