A watched pot never boils

I would like to ammend this timeless saying and add that
After 7 or 8 HB stouts I can confirm without a doubt that
An unwatched pot over-boils

It happens. You need a bigger pot or some of those anti-boilover drops.

Or 3 to 4 fewer stouts while you're brewing.
