Made homebrew 30+ years ago but the pain of dealing with bottles and bottling, along with kids put an end to it. Now have the itch to try again. Have purchased some used Corny kegs and am gathering up what I need to get started again. Have forgotten what little I knew from back then and looking forward to learning again.

Welcome to 21st century brewing. StarSan, dry yeast that doesn't suck, stainless steel fermenters...all better than the 90's
