Actually, thanks to all of you. Especially for being patient.

The long lag period was really helpful in making sure that those that said they would participate followed through. I know for certain that everyone has at the very least a batch in the primary, although many of you are way past ready to ship.

I'm just so sorry I wasn't able to put a batch together for this. For the first time in a long time, I batted 000 in brewing in the month of September.

Are labels necessary for those who are simply swapping? I have zero experience with labels. If they are, I will give myself a crash course. If not, I'll apologize in advance to those with whom I'm swapping but my computer skills beyond typing are nill.

Would it be too much to ask the people involved in the swap to include a copy of the recipe they followed, more specifically, what adjustments or changes they may have made to the recipe? I think it would be a good learning experience to taste side by side similar recipes with minor changes. Just an idea.

I don't have a dog in that fight, but I think having the label on the bottle would be a nice keepsake.

I'm still going to work on a label at point tonight. On a whim, I decided to brew some Graff tonight.

Everyone is welcome to use it. If anyone has any specific size requirements, post them here and I'll try to accomodate. Like I said earlier, the default size will be ~4.5" wide X 4" tall since thats the size of the die cut material I'm using.

prepped 24 bottles last night and they are in the freezer. Hoping to get a chance to BMBF them tonight. What ever is left after filling my 9 swap bottles, gets taken to a Halloween party this Saturday.

Whew, Glad I pulled the keg when I did. PLanned on filling my 9 for the swap and have at least another 15 to take to a party. Well I BMBF's them last night and got my 9 for the swap and another 9 for the party. Keg gone. IPA in it's place :)

Just popped a bottle of this after carbing for 2.5 weeks. Absolutely delicious. I don't think shecky, annasdad, or the Greenwood Rovers will be disappointed.

That feeling will go away when you get mine. :D

I'm kidding. I tapped it a couple weeks ago and friends had some at a party Sunday. It was the tap that got the most use of the four, so I'll take that as a good sign.

And don't worry, there's plenty left.

I forgot I could never compete with the likes of shecky. Since my Shiver Me Bitters is going to be so unremarkable in comparison to yours, maybe I shouldn't send you any :p

Is there an generic label available for the bottles to be sent to family/Rovers?

Pitched mine last night at 64*F, 1.050, this morning it's starting to show krausen at 65*F. I plan to ferment in the mid 60's to let the hops really come through, this one smelled really great going into the fermenter!

Sorry, guys, I don't have this shipped out yet. I've got the boxes and packing stuff, but I still need to print out and affix labels, and pack the beers to ship. Gonna see about hooking up to my floor's color printer since I'm out of color ink at home.

Labels are printed out... gonna put these on the bottles tonight, and if I have enough packing material, pack to ship out tomorrow.
