My buddy's want me to brew a lite beer kinda like bud or miller lite. I want to try an all grain batch but due to the size of my kettles i am limited to around 7 lbs. of grain. All i have to work with is 6lb. 2 row , and 1 lb carmal 10 . i have plenty of cascade and will use us-05 yeast. Folks, this is what i have so i'm gonna brew it tomorrow. I have never added sugar to a brew but i have plenty of corn sugar on hand. Is this enough for a 5 gal batch ? I guess if it's yellow, and watered down with only 1 oz of hops it would fit the bill lol. Comment please,i'm a big boy i can take it:D

How much water are you using at what temp? You can always use a handy website like hopville.com or brewsmith to formulate your recipe or do it on paper.
