Literally a gross of IPA. 15 gallons to fill this many bottles. 10 gallons to bottle next week and 10 more the following week.

wow man, seriously impressed... makes me almost feel bad for hating bottling 2.5 gallon batches, let alone 5 gallon batches... almost.... you need kegs. :mug:

Wow... id have to say id at least be bottling into 22s... hopefully the beer turned out well cuz that's a lot of one kind of brew

I was going for 12oz bottles for a reason. I have plenty of kegs, but am bottling some of my IPA to send some to a friend. I figured it had been such a long time since bottling that I should devote one whole batch of a tried and trued recipe. There are going to be 10 gallons bottled next week (5g Irish Red and 5g Spring beer) and 10 more gallons the following week (imperial IPA 1.100), so we got a lot of bottling to do. The imperial will be bottled and aged until xmas next year. I just cant decide if I want to put a hop flower in each bottle for an added touch or not to. I forgot how much I despised bottling after going to kegs, but it is good to be reminded of where I came from before getting nice equipment.

I bottled 15 gallons (3 different 5 gallon brews) in one evening about a month ago. That was WAY too much work. I love brewing beer as much as I love drinking it, but bottling is a pain in the a$$, and I'm never bottling that much in one sitting by myself again. Props, my friend.

u brew and ship down 95 to me and I will bottle and only take a small cut. Bottling gives me the ability to have up to 9 different beers to choose from on any given day or drinking session. I vote for bottling :mug:

On that distant day when I have both the money and the space for a kegerator, the plan is to have 4 of my routine favs on tap constantly, and bottle the rest. No objection to bottling (it's like obsessive sanitation, necessary evil well worth the effort in the end). Just no more 3 batch triple header bottling sessions for me ;)

I keg and bottle. Remember you must bottle at least from a keg to enter competition. I hope to get a 3 gallon keg for tailgating and then I'd have to bottle the rest.

i smell a investment in a bottling line soon, wink wink :)

I think I smell a new project after my new fermenters are done. I have thread on the two new fermenters in the equipment area. here Total of three 15.5 gallon fermenters when done which will only ferment 40g at a time for headspace. I think I will need some sort of automatic bottler even if its slow.
