im too poor at the moment to afford a keg but i didint realize it made this much of a difference...do you think the clarity can match with the bottling method or kegging is unbeatable?
 
I think you can archive it with bottles as well. You just have to be very careful not to rouse the yeast at all. I have some bottle from some old batches that are crystal clear but I find it real hard to pour them and not get any yeast.
