I have a few questions - I know a couple local guys who never take out the little in and out connectors to clean them. The just sanitize the inside and run some through the diptube and hose to sanitize them. Does everyone here take out the connectors to sanitize?

Also I have 2 soda kegs and 2 Carboys. So basically I have one Keg for drinking and one is aging - is it better to age the keg in the fridge - or is it better to let it age at room temp?

Thanks!

Cheers

You want to condition (age) your beer at the fermentation temp. But IMHO a beer will improve if in addtion you'll cold crash the beer in the fridge for a week or so in addtion to your 3-4 week conditioning period
