I am not a beer drinker, i tend not to be attracted by the bitter acidy taste of a large ammounts of hops... I am thinking of an australian Pale Ale, or maybe my first lager while winter is still in swing here in michigan and i can use the coldness of the garage to let it ferment... Do i have any sugestions of a recipe and process to brew it in???
I have brewed sevral batches of actuly beer but never for my self, i normally brew to the taste of friends and family who request special brews, but i would like this one to be for me when i am in the beer mood... and not looking at the hard cider or meade. So any sugestions would me nice.
