I need to give a big thanks to everyone to post here. This evening I just pulled my first all grain beer (Ed Wort's Haus Pale Ale) from my new keezer.

With your help I was able to make my cooler MLT, my immersion chiller, a keggle, a keezer, brew an all grain beer, get it kegged and all hooked up so it works. Without you guys I think I may have still been brewing with my Mr. Beer.

Thanks again and :mug:

Well........... How is the beer????

Suffice it say my neighbor and I just finished enjoying 3 pints a piece. I needed some quality control to make sure it was all good for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary party we are hosting this weekend.

Wow, sounds like your first AG was a big hit. Congrats!

One more week and I'll be bottling my first AG. I hope mine turns out as well as yours did.

Congratulations, on your first AG, if it is anywhere as good as mine, (I did Eds Haus ale also) it is definitely a hit, good luck on your future brews dude:rockin:

Way to go...this place is awesome. I had a very similiar experience as you and now have ~30 AG's under my belt. Don't think I would have done it without the HBT.

Congratulations, I'm glad your first batch came out great.
I got another month+, my second AG will be this weekend on a variant of Ed's House, moved to crystal 40, and 3oz of Roasted Barley to attempt a red. I'm trying to get my process down. Of course for those of us who did not stockpile cascades I'm also trying substitute hops to see what clicks for me. Now if only God with grant me the patience.
