80's Beermeisters?

$150 sound like an ok deal for a roughed up but working (as in it gets cold) Beermeister? Its coming with the C02 tank but the guy says it needs new hoses. The pictures make it look pretty huge, Like big enough for 3 corny kegs. Anything I should look at when I show up? Before i leave I'm going to ask him to plug it in if possible so its cold by the time I get there.
Should I try to haggle once there?

nevermind. Even after he said I could come pick it up after 6 tonight he e-mailed me and said his wife already sold it. I seriously called minutes after it posted.
