80-100 gallon Stainless steel mash tun

I don't think they make barrels that large. Why not just weld two 55's together ?

they do make large tanks some used ones on this site SS tanks

I liked the idea of the 55's together the only problem is dumping that much grain. The barrels are 22.5" wide so not a lot of working room. I want to be able to weld a door at the bottom so I can empty the grains out. Good lead on that website thanks! I had not seen it before.
I think his name is "clausdab" and he is a member on the site and he has the mash tun i want. Its even got the motorized stir bar. Unreal kewl

If you want more pics be happy to share. It holds 280-300lbs grain max depending on mash thickness.

Your next best bet is to start looking for used processing tanks. I purchased a 170 gallon SS tank from these folks for around 400 dollars to use as our new boil kettle.

gosh everytime i see that plastic mash tun it looks better and better each time. At this point, i think i am aware nothing can happen to you from the plastic. I am not sure why I dont move on it. I think its because I would like my whole brew equipment to look some what uniformed. However, I bet that mash tum comes in around $200 for the whole thing and thats might fine too.
Do those boozaka tubes ever collapse at the bottom? Or get clogged?

brewing with a Plastic Rubbermaid 55 gallon barrel for 2 years three times a week so a 100 gallon one should be just fine.
As for the look of the system save your money
