I decided to give my new GoPro a try. I set it up for shots every 30 seconds and shut it off during times I wasn't doing anything. The result looks like I work my a$$ off.....

The song is by the Poxy Boggards, they are from a local homebrew club. If you look them up on YouTube they have a bunch of beer related songs.

The brewday went great but I got such a good fermentation the blow off overflowed and made a mess of the ferm chamber. I hosed it out and I guess I got something wet so when the fridge turned on it kicked the GFCI breaker. I got home and the temp was up to 95 degrees due to the fact I needed a heater to keep it from dropping into the low 60's. It is a strong belgian so I don't think it will hurt much.....

I was brewing a 1.090 belgian so I caramelized brown sugar and beet sugar in a 1 gallon pot. I went with 2lbs brown and 3lbs beet.

The only thing I saw wrong with this, is that you didn't have anything going in the smoker.
