Aftherthought Petit Meer: Table style mixed fermentation saison aged in oak barrels using Midwestern ingredients.

Lemon. Dry. Refreshing. Funk.

Clean, bright lemony citrus and dry underlying funk, not much in the way of hop bitterness, and very mild hop aroma, delicious and refreshing. Working from home tomorrow and have a second set of Phish to (hopefully) stream this evening so likely not the last post tonight.
