Afternoon All.

As they say "Winter is Coming" and I don't want to brew a lager but I do want to use that 6Kg of Pilsner malt I mentioned in the threads title.

I'm happy to add other grains and I'd be interested to hear any recommendations for a batch.

Thanks All.

I know, but I was hoped for an actual recipe or a type recommendation.

Thanks Steve.
I'm going to brew the Baltic Porter I had originally decided on but I had pushed the idea to one side when I added up the grain bill, it's far too much for a GrainFather.
So I'm going to have to live with the long long long day and do a reiterating mash splitting the grain into two equal weight mashes. That gets the weight into the GFs sweet spot for efficiency.
