What's the difference in outcome and/or taste in boiling a hefeweitzen for 60 vs 90 mins. I'm about 30 mins into my boil and was thinkig about giving it an extra hour
 
If you are using a large porportion (50%) or more of Pilsner malt, it will boil off all of the DMS and DMS precursors. Make sure you adjust your hop additons though if you do this
