How hard is it to make steam? I don't see any fermenters, that would be sweet if it had a fermenter included.

These kettles look like they are the same ones I use in my commerical kitchen. They operate like an espresso machine, a small boiler that has a large heating element in it that makes steam very quickly and efficiently.

I've seen small ones go for 5-6,000 so I'm sure the 13k each is pretty close. Prob get a nice payday just off the scrap metal alone.
