Long time reader and new Member. Wadefisher, thanks for posting this project in its entirety. It's extremely helpful. I hope to get up there to try your beer. I wanted to second NatchezBrew's question. At 15 gallons, my system doesn't warrant a $1200 sanitary pump, but the Jet05 would be a reasonable investment and eliminate the last non sanitary fittings in my RIMS system. What was the issue with the Jet 05?
